Steve Jobs NEVER stated anything about technology to stay safe! In fact, Steve once said -

"What's important is that you have a faith in people, that they're basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they'll do wonderful things with them."

FAITH IN PEOPLE!

Faith in people gives them safety (security), ownership (personal responsibility) and respect (achievement).
