COVID-19 Vaccination Mandates and Exemptions Resources List

With these forced vaccination mandates going into effect across the globe, a lot of people who refuse to get vaccinated are feeling a sense of sheer panic due to the lack of options available to them. I propose we create a running thread of resources for those of us who refuse the experimental vaccines.
