The true TV based irony of the tv show House MD is that the guy who played House was already known by us cool people, as the hilarious boffin of Black Adder, Hugh Laurie. Heh, and I must say he got the best roles of the whole show. House MD was like "Black Adder Kills Medicine and Goes to Jail" without Rowan or the hot little bint who played lizzy.
