Thought Loops are the absolute worst

yep, completely agree that thought loops are the worst,
get outta my mind, frosted thought loops!

there are three kinds of literal loops in this one:

1.) the music has loops, obviously.

2.) the VJ squares asset is a seamless loop.
----- sometimes played forwards, backwards, or additional VJ loops added together at different rotation speeds.

3.) the actual dash camera driving footage is me driving a few loops in the Nelson/Rosemont areas.
----- well, not EXACTLY dashcam, i mounted this camera on the exterior glass of my car's windshield to avoid dash reflections.. high risk, but it paid off!

well i'm off to the beach to get my vitamin D..

Very nice. Its real near the house and my garden.
It cools down the core of my body, I swim most every day in the summer.

It has stronger visuals and the mental state is generally more light-hearted, but can get pretty heavy at a high enough dose. Shorter duration.
