Lindell attempted to have the defamation lawsuit dismissed during a hearing in June. But US District Judge Carl J. Nichols on Wednesday ruled the three defamation lawsuits against Lindell and the pro-Trump lawyers Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani could proceed in full. The suits are seeking more than a billion dollars in damages from each party. Nichols noted in his judgment that the First Amendment offered "no blanket immunity" to Lindell in the Dominion lawsuit. The company alleges it was defamed by Lindell's false claims that it rigged the 2020 election against Donald Trump. A day before the judgment, Dominion filed lawsuits accusing the right-wing media networks One America News and Newsmax of pushing false theories about the election. Lindell is hosting a marathon 72-hour cyber symposium in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, set to conclude Thursday, in a bid to prove his election conspiracy theories. The Techies acquired a forensic hard drive of a voting machine form Colorado, before & after Dominion's so called software update. In just a few minutes they found that adjudication files form the 2020 election had been removed. This is illegal. They must be kept for at least 22 months. According to the people at this symposium, of which there are 49 states being represented, they are doing this in other states too. The Techies say it may take them upwards to 2 weeks or so, but with what they have they will be able to reconstruct the software that Dominion uses & then they will be able to really look at what exactly they did when they said the "updated" their software. They will also be able to see how they created the software that created the preprogrammed voter curve that was all dominion & not real voters. It's gonna get interesting. Buckle up. And this doesn't even include the Pcaps he has from a whistleblower. He has the proof that the election was hacked & he wants to go to court with Dominion. Discovery my man, flat out discovery! If you think Dominion wants to have to defend themselves in court, you are smoking the wrong shit! They are doing this for intimidation only. Why do you think that the other 2 aren't scared.
