But my partner pointed out that it doesn't mean everyone is going to die, it could be that many just get too ill to work/have vax injuries, etc. BS. First thing she says confirms it. As the oil and gas industry is pretty much the dominant machinery of what makes the money of the world go around, it makes sense that this industry would be singled out (or at least becomes the 1st sector to have this kind of plan getting underway - we haven't heard similar from other areas yet) The fact that this is now happening in THIS particular industry given how it is basically the central, most important industry in the world for TPTB , is what stood out for me. Doing a little forecasting myself, I decided to let go 8 of the 14 (keeping 6.) The 6 I kept were the non-vaccinated staff only. And there's a good reason for that -- they are healthy, happy, productive and doing a great job while the vaccinated were none of that. Based on the changes that I saw in my staff, I too came to the conclusion that sometime in the next few years, I would have to replace my vaccinated staff anyway. So I figured why not get it done now while there's plenty of time and non-vaccinated to replace them with. You might ask, how I came to that conclusion. Well let me tell you I was already seeing a massive spike in sick/off time and quite frankly a nose dive in productivity in my vaccinated staff. Its a shame to, because I can assure you that my vaccinated engineers went from being super star level programmers to screwing up everything they touched over the past 6 months. Additionally, they were constantly out sick or in the office not feeling well but trying to do their job. I feel really bad about it, but I made it very clear to everyone at my firm that we would never have a mandate and they needed to do their homework on the vaccine (mRNA) before taking it. I literally had two very bright and otherwise great engineers queue up so that they could be the "first ones" to get vaccinated. They were never the same after that. Neither were the others. I noticed the change in performance within a month or two of them taking the vaccine. Then things started going down hill for all of them at an alarming rate around the beginning of this year. That's when I decided I had to take action. Both for the health of my non-vaccinated employees and for the health of my company. As I said, I can't speak for that lady in the video, but I can assure you that this is how it has gone down in my company. 100%. |
