What upsets the authorities most are the undeclared protests, which could end up with trouble. "There will be mobile squads watching out for them", warned a police source. Expect transport routes in Paris to be disturbed and a number of Metro stations will be closed. It shows that not all of the people are asleep and easily manipulated. Though it's not enough. It needs to go beyond protests for accomplishing real changes making those so-called "leaders" think. It does not need to get violent. Strikes are a good way, though they will hurt people and they will hurt the economy but they will make the top guys think. Massive strikes. Truckers strikes, rail strikes, air control strikes, Oil refineries... and what not... the kind that will really disruptive. I don't believe that any army generals or elite troops will attempt overthrowing Macron and get him out of the Elysée Palace. They sent warning letters but I don't see them taking action. September will be interesting. It will have to go beyond protests if they want to get Macron out of the way. I came. I saw. I Concorde. We don’t realize how many of us oppose this with tv news that lies or just refuses to cover real news. We need to come together - our power is in our unity and that’s why they try so hard to divide us. It does not matter what race, religion, sex, party belief, or skin color we have- we are all humans, we are all strong together! |
