Extreme Metal fans, you will like this ...

I will do my best to provide a summary, but this one is tough bc it is quite dense.

It is a discussion about a book that investigates the roots of Extreme Metal, Black Metal, Death Metal etc. He presents the argument that this music is spiritual in nature and is actually an expression of a resistance against a post modern world, especially globalism; and that it always represents a moral-based retraditionalism regardless of whether it is expressed from a Christian, Atheistic or even a Satanic worldview.

Im not into that kind of music, but even so, I found it quite interesting!
