I had trouble finding a helper to work with me on a project.

It's a 16 week project and it scheduled for four days a week.

I get paid a flat rate.

I told this guy, that I would pay him $1200 per job. Last year doing the jobs with my girlfriend, we could finish a job in 2.5 to 3 days. We were able to do this after about the third store. The jobs started out at about 55 hours of work, and we got the time down to about 40 hours of work.

She had no previous training and is not in very good shape.

When I told this kid about the job, I said specifically, that he could not consume weed while we were working. I said I didn't care what he did at the end of each day. He said no problem.

When I would go out to smoke, he would vape. Come to find out he's been vaping weed the whole time.

His on the job performance has been terrible. Something that would take my girlfriend an hour, takes him four hours. Something that would be done on the first night takes him 2.5 days. I can't tell him to do more than one thing at a time, and he is constantly forgetting to do things I've told him. Sometimes he doesn't do what I've told him at all. We just finished the 5th job, and it took us nearly 60 hours. I'm working my ass off doing 80% of the work.

I've arranged for a replacement at $1800 a job. I'll probably end up making more per hour even though I'm paying out $600 more per job.

This kid thinks he needs weed to be normal. He thinks that he's doing a good job. The quality of his work is fine, but his speed and the rate at which he picks up things is just too damn slow.

I've tried to persuade him to stop smoking weed, but it seems to be no use. I'm going to tell him to leave the vape at the hotel. If he can't do that, then I will replace him.

I havent smoked good weed in years,the anxiety and the paranoia is just not fun. I usually smoke at night,after I get done with everything.

My theory behind that is they want to control the market and the strains and completely change the structure of the plant that still produces a high but nothing like the good ol psychedelic and critical thinking part of it...or they just want to get more votes-just like bringing a black person or a female just to get more votes.




This new stuff is nothing like the stuff 15 years ago.. The high doesnt even feel the same,its hit or miss.

No. I guess the difference would be I get extra smoke and I'm not out any money. I get the entire plant to use and there are ways to use it all except the fat stalk. I've never grow indoors. I only grow outside. Easier, no lights, liquid to watch, nothing like that. And the plants get tall. You only need around 3-4 and you can smoke all year plus some. But I don't grow anymore. I won't guerilla grow. I don't like that shit!!! Too risky for me in my state. You only get one chance and then you are done here. First time bust is easy. Jail time second bust.... Not happening for me until it gets legalized unfortunately. Possession of an oz is just a slap. Pounds laying around is jail time. My state sucks.

My insulin usage dropped to one-quarter of what I used for years while on RSO. I have run out and others' needs are greater than mine, so I have not requested more at this time.

I have had very high stress the past two weeks. That always messes with my blood glucose and makes it very difficult to manage.

The stress is slightly relieved today, but I have a ways to go before the stress inducing situation is resolved.
