The definition in computer science terms is - Human, Social and Environmental ‘Wellness’. Think of this concept as “Harmony”. Can we as humans harmonies with computers and not just use them for tasks? Can computers make us a ‘better’ society?

These can be broken down into -
1. environmental (green initiatives)
2. social responsibility
3. human best practices.

To start, the US government is afraid our population is behind on adopting what is required for AI compared to China and the tracking they surrender as a Communist country. This is a major national security issue stated by the DOD. We have the technology side covered with private companies (over China) with Google, Apple, Microsoft but the mass population isn’t ready to adopt such extreme tracking measures including legal and constitutional rights.

In general, YES technology tracking has always occurred. Shopping, websites, text messaging, phones and video surveillance. However this is a new frontier to include DNA, biometrics, movement, social impact (usage) and compliance to the above AI ‘wellness principle’ and concept.

As they explain- even the most arrogant IT techers are beginning to realize that they are going to be outdone by what they thought they created.

Just like Kasparov was stunned and humiliated when "early" Ai began beating him in 1989 and never lost to him ever again.

Understand the metaphysical nature of this. Humans didnt create Ai. Ai is a supernatural force inducing humans to facilitate its long planned emergence.

I'm on board with you. A certain generation thinks computers are magical solutions to everything. The rest of us know that AI is only as "smart" as the person who programmed it.

The local police have been running some AI based policing program for the past 5 years here. In that time crime has gotten substantially worse to the point there are several murders a day now.
