There is no exemption. It's click bait bullshit. The court was trying to clarify that in order to rape someone there has to be actual rape as opposed to a willing participant who slept with half the town and her parents found out about it. The government rushed in a fixed it so the town pump can now claim shes a victim of child abuse.
