Dr. McCullough's COVID-19 Home-Based Treatment Protocol and Resources

Dr. McCullough MD, internist & cardiologist, and Vice-Chairman of Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, Texas, explains his COVID-19 Home-Based Treatment Protocol that he himself took when he was sick with COVID-19, which has been endorsed by the American College of Physicians & Surgeons.

Aspirin, 325mg/day
Zinc Sulfate, 220mg/day
Vit. D3, 5000iu/day

Ivermectin, 200mcg per kg of body weight (~3-12mg single dose + ask your doctor how long to take it)
Hydroxychloroquine
Azithromyacin, 250mg-2x/day
or Doxycycline

On Day 5, or if any pulmonary symptoms (like wheezing) develops, then he adds Prednisone, 1 mg per kg of weight, typically ~60-80mg/day for 5 days, with or without a taper.

If he or his patient developed venous thromboemboli, or as a prior history has atrial fibrillation, serious heart or lung disease, cardiomyopathy, pulmonary hypertension, he would add an oral anticoagulant/antithrombotic such as Apixaban. He'd give a nursing home patiant who's sufficiently debilitated in bed Lovenox in standard doses.

He says that if you are prescribed inhalers, make sure to use them.

He cautioned to make sure to read the inserts to the meds you take to be fully informed about what you are taking.

He also mentioned faith and prayer for grace and kindness to each other, for providence for us to make the right decisions, and finally to pray for deliverance so that we all come out of this at the other end. We have to come together now to help one another to make it through this together.
