The latest update on Tropical Storm #Henri shifts slightly west. Tropical Storm WARNING is up for western Long Island, Hurricane WARNING for eastern Long Island and Tropical Storm WARNING for NYC.

Biggest change w/ the 5pm advisory is westward trend...closer to NYC & Tri-State. (reflected by Tropical Storm Watches). A lot remains to be seen, esp. pinballing center. So all of Northeast should prepare. #Henri is well on its way to becoming a hurricane tonight/Saturday AM.
