Breaking! Hurricane Henri to hit NYC on Sunday!! State of Emergency for Long Island and NYC!! Cat 2 possible!!

South shore LI'er here.. this shit is expected this time of year.

I'm a few blocks from the bay..3 miles from Gilgo Beach. Have a ton of friends and family on the water. We are all boaters and surf people.

If Henri wants to rattle our cage, its not like we havent been through this before. Its definitely never wracking and not fun to watch all your valuable possessions...your house, your boat, your cars get potentially destroyed.

I'm not having the greatest feeling about this one. Its hot and humid as hell right now..ocean temps have been warm...feels like perfect conditions to feed this beast.
