OP - this is important... Normally, if Ivermectin is used for gut parasites, it is recommended to take on an empty stomach, as you want the ivm to stay in the gut. HOWEVER For COVID, you want it absorbed into the blood and distributed widely.. so take with/after a meal! Dr Been. [ link to twitter.com (secure)] excellent point. I would take it both ways, since... we don't need gut parasites, either...
