Well he certainly didn't tell him yesterday.
Paradise means garden and refers to Abraham's Bosom in the earth, not heaven. See the parable of Lazarus and the rich man. Moving the comma changes the meaning, it should not be done or understood with the comma moved.
St. Luke 4:21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
Move the comma two places and it becomes a question:
St. Luke 4:21 And he began to say unto them this day, Is this scripture fulfilled in your ears?
