This substance started sending back then signals into space and also was activated from signals from space, the substance is also called "The Blood of Satan" it has existed from the beginning of time on earth, brought here by lucifer.

This Dark Goo is supposed to be the mechanism by which humans can be manipulated, in such a way that the connection with the original Creator is broken (vaccines).

well in short, China is doing this together with the rest of the world, under pressure and also many have been well infected by this Dark goo, taken over if you will, thats why they act weird and do strange things, this Dark Goo has taken over many areas of the governments, industries etc we are still in for a ride i can say and my oh my that Bible was not so crazy afteral.
