DAL pilots are unionized. This would be a unilateral change (IMHO) to the terms
of the Working Agreement (Contract). ALPA is the bargaining agent, let's see if
the DAL pilots challenge this policy.

Maybe…but the overall narrative that they’re adhering to is to NOT victimize the unvaccinated. Don’t make them the underdog or the heroes of the story. It’s about demonizing them. Mass firings would undercut this plan and some people would have sympathy for them. In doing this, those people are now saying “just ake the shot. Why go through this? It’s no big deal.”

I know someone that works in HR at Delta. I was texting them this morning before the story broke, they said the direct supervisor gets a list of all vaxed and unvaxed employees. (under their supervision)

My mom worked for Delta for over 20 years too. Loved nonreving on those L1011s, eating filet mignon and the ice cream with chocolate sauce for dessert. Nostalgic memories of the tail end of the golden years of commercial aviation. Those tristars were the finest jets ever. I don't bother nonreving any longer, either.

I remember reading from someone who is usually right about things way back in Spring 2020 that coronaviruses are difficult / impossible to vaccinate.

I know this virus is designed to mutate and advance rapidly, so why are people still pushing these vaccines that are already outdated and not working on the new variants?

Plus the psyop really is working, alot of people are on the vaxxtard train and blaming all these deaths on the unvaxxed. This will be a huge divide in our society, in fact i think it is either designed to divide us or they really just think ppeople are actually going to take it after seeing all the side effects.

I would make sure to damage all kinds of equipment and various things each pay period to make up that 200 dollars.

Then there s other ways for people to affect company profits and slow shit down.

Because it's NOT a vaccine, it's a gene modification tool designed to kill you. That's why they keep pushing it.

If it was a real vaccine and they would have found about is ineffectiveness they would have stop and tried something else months ago.

So if delta or any other company makes the unvaxed employees get that mandated company jab and they get hurt because of the jab can the workers get "workers comp pay" since it was company related?

Scotts brands (Miracle Grow) fired employees that smoked. They actually did drug tests for nicotine.

I'm retired from United. Best job ever. I still use the free flight privileges and have traveled the world. A great perk. I feel so very badly for any airline employee who doesn't want the vaccine but is forced to get it.

If the airlines mandate the vaccine for passengers, I feel that I have traveled to far-away places and havent missed anything. I hate driving, but I'll drive if I have somewhere to go within the states.

United has mandated the vaccine for all employees. Deadline is October.

So they still need you only at a lower cost.
