That is one of the categories lawsuits are happening right now for any mandates. In court, that said employer or institution, will have to prove 100% that the vaxxes are safe, and no current that vaxx that is out is FDA approved, the one that is FDA approved is not even manufactured yet. Pfizer and Moderna, etc is only EU, they have to prove its safe and not with CNN or NY times type of scientists, ie the ones with profits from big pharma, but the real science. Apparently most employers don't have a clue and don't understand courts and real proof. And the onus is on them. In addition they will have to prove that other accommodations that they've made for years particularly with symptematic people, doesn't work now. Most employers and institutions start to water it down, once they consult with their lawyers, and then they often drop them altogether, because the law isn't on their side. In addition, there is the whole push to get people vaxxed, the pressure or punishment aspect, that may result in more people being vaxxed, but payouts for these injuries are not done by many insurance companies. So their insurance usually doesn't cover the accident and death possibilities from WHAT IS STILL AN EXPERIMENTAL VAXX.
