Results A total of 2,653 individuals fully vaccinated by two doses of vaccine during the study period and 4,361 convalescent patients were included. Higher SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody titers were observed in vaccinated individuals (median 1581 AU/mL IQR [533.8-5644.6]) after the second vaccination, than in convalescent individuals (median 355.3 AU/mL IQR [141.2-998.7]; p<0.001). In vaccinated subjects, antibody titers decreased by up to 40% each subsequent month while in convalescents they decreased by less than 5% per month. Six months after BNT162b2 vaccination 16.1% subjects had antibody levels below the seropositivity threshold of <50 AU/mL, while only 10.8% of convalescent patients were below <50 AU/mL threshold after 9 months from SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Conclusions This study demonstrates individuals who received the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine have different kinetics of antibody levels compared to patients who had been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, with higher initial levels but a much faster exponential decrease in the first group.

Inflammation and tissue damage in the lung in this animal model recapitulated the inflammation and tissue damage in the lungs of SARS infected patients who succumbed to the disease.

The time course was also similar, with the worst damage occurring in delayed fashion in synchrony with ramping up of the immune response. Remarkably, neutralising antibodies controlled the virus in the animal, but then would precipitate a severe, tissue damaging, inflammatory response in the lung. This is a similar profile to immune complex mediated disease seen with RSV vaccines in the past, wherein vaccinees succumbed to fatal enhanced RSV disease because of the formation of antibody virus immune complexes that precipitated harmful, inflammatory immune responses.

Informed consent disclosure to vaccine trial subjects of risk of COVID19 vaccines worsening clinical disease via Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE).

COVID19 vaccines were reviewed to determine if risks were properly disclosed.

Patient comprehension is a critical part of meeting medical ethics standards of informed consent to disclose the specific risk that COVID19 vaccines could worsen disease upon exposure to challenge or circulating virus.

COVID19 vaccines designed to elicit neutralising antibodies may sensitise vaccine recipients to more severe disease than if they were not vaccinated.

Vaccines for SARS, MERS and RSV have never been approved.

irrespective of delivery method, may worsen COVID19 disease via antibody dependent enhancement (ADE).

This risk is sufficiently obscured in clinical trial protocols and consent forms for ongoing COVID19 vaccine trials that adequate patient comprehension of this risk is unlikely to occur, obviating truly informed consent by subjects in these trials.

Medical ethics standards required that, given the extent of evidence in the medical literature reviewed above, the risk of ADE should be clearly and emphatically distinguished in the informed consent.

Based on the published literature, it should have been obvious to any skilled medical practitioner in 2019 that there is a significant risk to vaccine research subjects that they may experience severe disease once vaccinated. while they might only have experienced a mild, self limited disease if not vaccinated.

The consent should also clearly distinguish the specific risk of worsened COVID19 disease from generic statements about risk of death and generic risk of lack of efficacy of the vaccine.

Given the strong evidence that ADE is a non theoretical and compelling risk for COVID19 vaccines and the “laundry list” nature of informed consents, disclosure of the specific risk of worsened COVID19 disease from vaccination.

The only thing they're misrepresenting is the fact that corona antibodies never go away. They get stored in a bank in you for use when you need them.

Such is immunology 101 such as renowned expert Dr. Bhakdi who is not only an incredible scientists by world standards, but a good teacher and the immunology isn't questionable.

The only issue that scientists didn't know for sure, though they guessed, was which antibodies would show up when a person is vaxxed. Because the purpose of this experimental highly dangerous risky thing, is not to prevent you from catching any corona, but merely to train your immune system to recognize what they called a NOVEL corona, a new thing.


But in reality, when they tested the blood of the vaxxed 100% showed quick rising IgG's and IgA's. The expected IgM's that take 4 weeks to 30 days to arise, did not show.


So, everyone on earth, knows all corona's, there are no exceptions or variants.

But the IgG's and IgA's fit the body of the corona's, not the spikes, the common material.

I have been marveling at this "how long do antibodies stay active in your system" talking point smokescreen ever since it started.

After all, most vaccines have been designed to give lifelong immunity, and the whole concept is the immune system learns about the weakened pathogen so that when it comes to you in the wild, your body is not surprised and has a memory to draw on.

Even the most recent Pfizer disclosure confirms (in their apparently limited studies a 6% per month decline in efficacy. That's about 16 months before it does nothing (except the adverse reactions of course.)

Natural antibodies work against Delta. The vaccine does not.

The declining effectiveness is due to how easily the virus is able to mutate to defeat an antibody devised to only neutralize a truncated synthetic copy of a spike protein.

It doesn't require a largely unique variant on the strain, just enough mutation in the spike to avoid that antibody. That slightly mutated virus infects them later and the antibodies recalled are less effective, and in some cases, help the virus to bind and enter cells (ADE).

Whereas natural immunity creates memory in both innate and adaptive immune cells that target each and every portion of the virus. Which makes it harder for the virus to mutate around.

All good but it is not the same vax that has been approved!
