Op just my opinion here and always consult your doctor. Unless there are other health issues where a high temperature could pose a health risk I do not think it is advisable to use ice towels or to lower body temperature excessively. I think she should be kept hidrated, not with anything cold, and with change of clothing so the sweat does not go cold on her but the temperature in my opinion is the bodies natural way of destroying the infection. However consult your doctor.

She is in a covid quareenteen ICU unit at a hospital here in Augusta was admitted early Tuesday morning.

I pray in Jesus name to guide her medical team. Amen.

I'm glad to hear you're taking care of yourself. You can't help her by getting yourself sick. The ivermectin really helped me when I was sick last Christmas.
