Why I Don't Go to Doctors Anymore

Afew years back i took 4 months off of work. I work construction and just told every company that called i'm busy. I live in the country and basically fell off the map. Reading and mainly working out and going on a diet. I counted calories and weighed food. I've been into lifting all my life but let my diet slip and i looked like a fat powerlifter so i decided to shred down. I'm not starving myself just in a slight calorie deficit. One morning i wake up and i feel slightly dizzy. Eventually i feel like my head is in a bubble. best way to describe it. I went to nursing school and was med tech before. i just wanted my blood work and thought i'd decide what to do after that. but i needed a dr visit to get blood. she looks at me like i'm an idiot when i said i feel stoned. its best way to describe it. when my blood comes she calls and says everythings normal. then basically i don't know what to tell you bye. no follow up. just lets see what happens. I go to my moms chiropractor who also practices contact reflex analysis . she can tell you precisely whats wrong and where in a few seconds. i had a pinched nerve in my neck . also since i had 3 aunts and uncles on my moms side had brain aneurysms i subconsciously was freaking out thinking that i had that. also she popped my skull. didn't know you could do that. I must have hit my head on some scaffold pretty hard. also she gave me some supplements that my body needed. I take them religiously. i can tell if i don't. I left her office and felt 90 percent better. it was a 40 mile drive to her office and i was almost in tears and having a panic attack driving there.driving home i had such incredible joy from feeling better. complete 180. my mom found her cause she had 3 car accidents and went to many doctors and they thought she was crazy cause they said nothings wrong. my dad went with her and was skeptical . she analyzed him and told him oh you've had 3 heat strokes. in 30 seconds she found it out. and he takes this one supplement and it helps him. he don't sweat enough and gets overheated if he don't take those pills. you hold your arm up while she touchs pressure point and if your arm falls then that means something. non invasive. and accurate . also she had me do this light therapy. i bought one of those lights to have at home and not cause she was selling me it but because it helped. i take my vitamins and put this light on afew certain pressure points and it helps. what she thinks is since i have more muscle then most people and when i lift your body tears itself down to build back up. the dead cells or waste products from lifting and your body repairing don't get filtered out enough. if i don't take my pills and do the lights i feel mentally sluggish and get some anxiety mainly while driving. it all sounds alittle woo woo but i thought i was going crazy and was going to die before. So diet exercise and vitamins and let your body do what god intended it to do. Also i recommend juicing . i make some nasty tasting ones. i chug the whole thing and i can feel the nutrients entering my body. like taking drugs and waiting for it to hit.

I'm a gluten and dairy free (also sugar free lol) vegetarian, and also doctor-averse.

I haven't been to the doctor in many years, since way before COVID.

That's my easy out with all this mess.

Everyone knows I'm a health nut with the food and don't do doctors.

No one has flinched when I answer them about the vax ... "Now what do you THINK?"

You mostly don’t need a physician, but sometimes you need a surgeon.

Physicians mostly push pills these days. In their defense, most of their patients aren’t going to improve their own health and just want a pill.

You have to be your own doctor.

All Humans have cancer because in the trillion of cells of a body there are always a few thousand cancer cells. Even a fetus has some cancer cells at any time of hos development.

But that's normal, your immune system can deal with that your whole life long if none of the cancer cells can grow to a tumor.

They can diagnose you cancer whenever they want, because you have cancer. At any time of your life.

I will never thrust doctors and Big Pharma again because they all have betrayed the hippocratic oath, they have betrayed their patients, they have betrayed me and you.
