In the context of that video ( which is programming ) the ' Bless You'
Statement has been directly associated with violence and unreasonable behavior.
Totally out of context will the normal intent of that phrase.
Quoting: PINKORCHID88 How about like this... “Ohh, you don’t get it yet? Bless your heart!” Definitely a put down ( direct or covert) But no hidden manipulative intent.  Agree , remember you offered just the word BLess in your list not all the twists and embellishments, like the vid and the connected phrase.
