I was getting all spun up inside about this new level of hatred, and I was joining the unvaxxed side in being angry against the vaxxed side. (This was, at least, only in my head as I fake it to have right behavior when needed.) Then I listened to chapter 2 during my run yesterday. It spoke to my issues so well that I wondered exactly what guided me to select chapter 2 that day. It brought me back down to calm.
