A Vax what if question

If a person had the Fauci Flu got over it is supposed to have the antibodies...

then takes the vaccine I wonder if that would cause a bad reaction.

As an aside my wife's gay, liberal, know it all elite NYC'er (you know the type) cousin got Pfizer vaccinated months ago, came down with Fauci Flu, hospitalized 2 weeks ago, he was buried about 4 days ago,
