Of course these young ladies deserve to be saved, but so do ours and our allies. Its sickening that this story is not getting anymore attention.

I have no intentions of deceiving anyone. I repeated the story as it was initially coming out. Of course, now that more info is available, I will gladly change the title of the thread. That said, this story is no less infuriating than had it been American women on those busses. What is taking place in Afghanistan is nothing less that vile. Those young women were innocent people caught up in this mess. These young women are in their own country where they belong. The US had no right to put them in danger by luring them to the airport with empty promises. Now they’ve probably been captured by the Talibans to become wives, servants or worse, whereas if they’d stayed in their villages with their families they could still be leading normal brown people lives. What's done is done, but this while situation should have been better handled all the way around. The Biden administration owes everyone for the mess they've created through mishandling the situation. Most of all, they owe those left to suffer in Afghanistan and the Americans he has turned his back on.
