I have taken to taking about one inch of paste. Keep it upright like a syringe or it will fall on the ground. I take it 2 times a week. In fact need to dose today. |

Ivermectin is two jabs. I would use a differant product active for fluke in the spring (less young fluke about) and save the Duo for the autumn. Here is how I figured my dose: The whole tube is 6.08 grams. It has enough for a 1250 pound horse. So at 220 pounds, I take a 250 pound amount or 1/5 (20%) of the tube. 6.08g divided by 5 is 1.216g per dose, or 1216mg per dose. 1216mg times .0187 is 22.7mg of pure Ivermectin per dose. Look on any usage protocol site and you will see that 22.7mg is a very reasonable dose. Bigbird |

Interestingly, it lists Quercetin as possibly enhancing/increasing ivermectin levels.
