What does this mean? You are more likely to get infected with the virus if you are fully vaxed than if you don’t get vaxed. We are so fortunate to have thinking medical geniuses (not) at the helm of corporations who can try to make people do stupid stuff.

FYI: The fact that this vaccine is not fully tested sounds like an approvable exception. Bell's palsy, Guillain-Barré syndrome risks, blood clots and other should be also. And the list goes on. Higher risk of infection from the very thing the vax is supposed to fix. I think I should get an approved exception when it’s my turn.
So, what about following the science? There is no generally accepted specifications for masks for covid that I am aware of. Most commercially available masks have a disclaimer on the package that admits that the product will not protect you from getting the virus. Wow. These three masks are acceptable to wear while shopping or working:
