The emergency powers act is provincial. The Feds can't do it. They should not be able to bribe the provinces with 10 billion dollars or fund covid vaccine apps, or any of this.

In order for this to have been a federal emergency strong laws exist.

1. Bipartisan Committe, oversees that in full transparency. They couldn't just rely on talking heads who say they are the science, they could never have gagged doctors, and nobel prize winners from speaking up or called that a conspiracy theory. The elderly would still be alive in all those care homes.


2. This was provincially given to provincial dictators, to confuse the whole lot and make attacking in court much more complex and take more evidence and longer. Also the premiers were mad, so it happened this way. We would have been better off had this been federal.


So how the fucking hell do the feds get to participate and fund, and promote, and extort, and threaten something that would take a bipartisan unbiased, transparent committe to even engage these activities in.


THEY CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.


Not to ever forget the fact that emergency use of powers is also under tight controls and scrutiny and never lasts for long.

And in our Charter and Constitution, doesn't matter if its EU or NOT, even if it were fully approved, we have the right to informed voluntary consent period. A RIGHT not a privilege.

Section 2, 7, and 15. 15 is about the discrimination and punishing or limiting a separate class of people from full participation in their nation, their society, their enjoyment of all they wish to partake in.

I don’t think that’s true. I live in a very nice neighborhood full of ‘normies’ and they are all super supportive of our family not being vaxxed. I know there’s some losers out there but most people don’t feel that way.

I'm sorry but I seem to be lost, confused, the landscape doesn't look like home, my children's inheritance, but seems faintly historically distant, and european such as ww2. Because history shows us what happens when one abuses the short term emergency powers act.

Our constitution, section 2 and 7 are being violated: we have the full right, not a privilege to informed voluntary consent, related to all medical including vaccinations. And section 15, the disability related area, where you may not discriminate against one class for perceived health reasons, whereas all have right to full participation in their societies and nations the full, the full platter, the full banquet, their fun, their recreation, their social and interactions, their malls and their entertainment, their health, their enjoyment, their leisure, their employment, their education, their businesses.

And talking heads with opinions on what science is, gagging doctors and nobel prize winners, is not science. And those with a brain, they go to the other side of the bed and tend to give more credibility to the gagged than someone with ties to big pharma. Thats a foia case, corruption.

People are really upset and living in horror. 1000 dollars being offered to natives 14 and up, my friend shared, her native federal employed at a college had to resign. This emergency use vaccine, and no it didn't get approved. Lawyers from the Us were waiting to put a restraining order on it and were told, cominarty is not yet manufactured. Pfizer is emergency use only. Of course cominarty isn't necessarily covered for the horrendous deaths in vaers and the european that Harvard says to add between 1 zero to 2. Are you working for people other than us who think the human race is a problem for them, the free nations especially, because we know Africa and China are rather low in vaccination rates with something that didn't get tested on animals for a good reason, because in the past, the past versions created ADE. The cold virus, corona, in all forms, is a respiratory illness, not meant to circulate and by the way, why would we want the core spike of a cold virus forming in our cells. The governments have murdered and tortured physically, ie wearing a mask is physically torment, the people, children and elderly included. The couple of times I did it for a few minutes, almost fainted, the whole room blacked out and I told the Bank Manager this was crimes against humanity, tyranny and violated our constitution.

I get mad and speak up in stores.

The horror of children, the disabled, the elderly who died, in solitary confinement their homes in the care homes turned into gulags. Unbelievable.

One of the other polls asks if you know someone who refuses to get the vaccine. 77% said yes.

Another one of the questions: Should Ontario have a vaccine passport? 59% no 41% yes.

Should there be a national vaccine policy? 65% no 35% yes

Can't be national. Its only under emergency powers which he made provincial because federal have transparent committees overseeing them and he couldn't kill all those elderly and couldn't gag all those scientists and doctors.

They want to bypass the law. I want them in jail and potentially nuremburg trials.


But interestingly enough for accepted legitimate 12 year studied on average vaxxes, we have "informed voluntary consent" and we just philosophically oppose all we don't like.

Then there is provinsion 15 dealing with punishing people, limiting enjoyment of the full platter at the banquet of Canada, taking away leisure, sports, entertainment, um....no. You may not treat one class of citizens differently than another for your health ideas. Not at all.

In fact the survey is good and really really really proud of Canadians.

But those constitutional RIGHTS are not privileges granted by tyrants.

And the difference between a constitutional republic and a banana democracy is that even if a majority disagreed with you, you still have those rights protected.
