Do a nasal flush with a Neti pot, add a 1/4 teaspoon of baby shampoo with the saline mixture. Do that 3 times per day and gargle with Betadine sore throat gargle after the nasal rinse . All that can be found at CVS or Walgreens. |

Time to hit up my Hydrox source. 10 days, most without pay. Lots of rest. Don't push yourself. If you do you'll regret it. Vitamin C, D and zinc. Drink lots of broth and liquids. If you get a bad cough, try and get up every hour during the day & lay on your chest/stomach when you can (helps with settling in the lungs...) Chest pains call your Dr or go to urgent care. A lot of the time a nebulizer will help and you don't have to go to the hospital. Most important thing is to rest and let it take it's course. Hope you feel better soon. It's tough and lingers.. right when you start to feel better it will hit you again. Demons can type, here's the proof. |
