Mayor DeBlasio just tweeted "don't flush your toilets." Quoting: TXGLP2 Big uh-oh! Wonder if this reaches his house. Everybody flush at once, on the count of 3... It gets bad, in a blackout without any rain, city water turned off. Went through that there. Everybody leaves their space at the same time the next morning to show up at bodegas, restaurants and stores hoping they can use that bathroom. Not pretty, because toilets are all full to the brim.
