Currently the unvaxxed are still leading in hospitals. Even in Israel where they are drawing closer to parity to do waning, even if there is minor ADE in place, there is no way to know how severe the ADE will get and whether it will affect a few or many people.

Having run some simulations on supply chains, 10% is catastrophic and would start cascading. The 10% isn't a one time deal, and might be 10% every three months until population stability is reached.
