He will probably get more exercise time in actual prison than he would being a so called "Free Aussie". The so called "Free Aussies" only get one lousy hour of exercise time while actual criminals in prison get 4 hours and criminals don't have to pay bills unlike permanently quarantined Aussies do. Ordinary citizens are treated worse than criminals in prison. At least in prison you no longer have to worry about paying bills, buying food, going to work and you get more exercise time than those living outside the so called prison walls.
