I wonder if Ivermectin could cure bad bacteria like Candida and IBS

I recently bought some horse paste off of Amazon for if needed in future, there were only 3 left, the human tablets were for prescription only. I plan on making little pea size pills out of the paste and then freeze it (read that on here somewhere to do that). Though I am wondering if I should take it even if I don't have covid to help get rid of Candida (fungus growth from antibiotics) & I have some friends who suffer with Candida too and also IBS symptoms

Does anyone have an opinion or knowledge on this subject:

Why is it they can cure dogs of Lyme disease and get parasites out of horses but humans cannot be cured of lyme disease or get rid of parasites
