Great stuff. Thank you for sharing. I’m on the cusp of submitting an exemption. Perhaps I shouldn’t. My only issue, I’m the sole provider for a family and I don’t have the resources for a long legal battle. But, it doesn’t mean I can’t try for the letter of desist.

Scroll down the page in the middle to find downloadable Word documents ("Conditional Acceptance" is the one for liability). It's well-written and good enough even for court. Better than a "letter". Check it out.

In addition, I would bring a mobile notary with me to wherever I was handing out this paper.

My belief is that you may have to as it helps to protect you and then you could speak up and support others, but this is a matter of conscience. Exemptions can be withdrawn as well under tyrannical governments, so you can't stop standing up for the real rights of all citizens.

I admire your resolve, but...!

This advice in the video is for normal times. This time is not normal. For this time we can only keep our rights the same way we win them in the first place.

And that is not by talking about it or using the same system to regain our rights which have been taken taken from us by this same system.

These laws are to defend against tyranny. They're exactly in place for times like this.

And Rocco brought up how many who gave information but wouldn't attach their name, they wanted to stay hidden, they didn't want to stick their necks out for masks, and lockdowns but now he was getting them seeking down his address and yelling for help.

You can't wait to stand up and stick your neck out and behave appropriately FREE.

Its very selfish to come at the last minute and expect instantaneous help.

Studies determining deaths and variations from previous years via virus and then deaths due to government breach of law and protocols, conservative ones were 4/1 for government protocols killing people. And 12/1 in more generous liberal studies.


I sense an 8/1 right inbetween.


Also in 2017 Parliament managed to put through an act that made it both a fine and up to 5 years in prison under the Non Genetic Discrimination act for any dna or rna test that determines your susceptibility to spread a virus or disease.

And immediately after it passed our Attorney General and Trudeau raced to the Supreme Court to have it axxed, only to be told, No no on, this is a lawfully enacted legislation and stands.

Rocco said, these Covid 19 tests, not just the PCR, constitute a criminal offense.

Insist the Justice of the Peace lays a charge against anyone trying to make you do that, such as school or work.

And PUSH BACK. Demand if you have unions they represent your legal rights, and they are legally bound to represent all their workers not just the majority. Protest your employer outside the place of employment.

Howl at your unions and employers.

The extact laws for torture, and intimidation, criminal harassment may very in numbers but I'm pretty sure you can look those codes up and see how to do a private charge.

Also, standing up for your constitutional rights is important in every country and your sovereign inviolate ownership of your body.

I think employers and government and schools may need to have charges brought against them via Peace Officers if necessary, but first you go to the police and you get their name and case number, you compile evidence based on the violation, ie Torture is one I really think this is.

It's also psychological torture to be on strings over taking a hazardous dangerous jab or losing your job, friends, home, life, full enjoyment of the banquet of Canada, or your nation, weddings, funerals, seeing your loved ones included your elderly. its psychological torture to endure this ever increasing fascist horrifying criminal government's behavior.

Its psychological torture and torment for me to even hear a second of the lying murderous genocidal media promoting their agenda's. I thumb down them but hurry to stop all CNN and CBC and CTV videos. The sound of their voice causes pscyhological torture. The mind being expressed a nazi or ciminal is horrific to me.

And we need to compile lists of the worst of them. Media and government and not let them off the hook in the end when our nations are free.

I have to say this. So people are being forced into standing up, exemptions in some cases, letters of liability in others, quitting their jobs for some or being fired, but refusing this lethal medical device.


I think they're doing this on purpose, knowing full well people will push back. As long as they get us focused on pushing back, instead of exposing the deadliness and thus vastly illegal and criminal genocidal extent of their shot, they don't care if there's push back.

Not that for one moment I suggest that people don't push back. But now its a waiting game for them while things go bad for the vaxxed, slowly over time, and when removed in time from the vaxx, it starts to become cloudy even though its unreasonable to assume everyone would just die otherwise.


Its all to avoid their executions. To get away with destroying large chunks of the Free Nations.

The lawsuits have to rise above this. yes, Informed Consent, yes autonomy over body.

I have been feeling horror and shock chilled out of my tree for months upon months, poking the bear with a stick under youtube video's for cbc and ctv news all the time, and they dig in harder. They don't try damage control or cover both bases, anything normal in these circumstances, even survival for themselves in case they played this wrong.

To me, that can only mean one thing....

I want some different lawsuits as well, the ones that deal with the genocide and treason, selling out our nations.

There's an entire class of people that will not get medical care when they need it due to hospital protocols the new ones for nearly 2 years.

My mother could have had her heart checked and her meds adjusted. She actually had brain damage component as well and quit them. And refused to die alone in the hospital and so she didn't get the help she needed.

The ambulance driver who confirmed her passing Feb 6th told me that it was same with his mother.

Denied real medical treatments and dignity and family visits and normal procedures has cost lives. Much like the elderly in the care homes.

She was 76 years young and should have lived at least 10 more years, looked young for her age, looked about 65-67, with just a little silver in her beautiful midnight sable hair, at her widows peak and just starting a little near her side portion. Despite her health, and despite mood changes, there was 2 mom's, the real one, was the most wonderful advanced soul on earth. She was singing oldie songs, and we had just convinced her to take her meds for 4 days and were hoping to get her able to see a doctor soon, we thought there was chance to get her treated as an out patient, and she was singing sweetly, happy that day.

We want people saved from these criminal mandates, to stand up knowing this country has some good laws and we have inalienable rights that go beyond the book.

But its the lurking slowly growing genocide under the hood, the menacing horror of what lies ahead in all likelihood, also this needs somehow to become known to the population because they need to do something about it.


And then the 3rd aspect, we want justice. For the denial of care and murders.

You can't even go to a dentist, not if you want to ensure you don't get that shot slipped to you.

BC Dentists applied and were granted the jabs.

And my friend's long time off and on roommate, 70 years old, was in the hospital with pneumonia months ago, and his record showed, he was vaxxed there, without his knowledge and without his consent.

So dentists can't be trusted. None of them can.

There are 3 elements to this nightmare.

Not just 1.

1. Informed Voluntary Consent and ending mandates. Thats 1.

2. Under the hood the creeping horrific suspicion due to the shots and what they do, they've just slow killed, the majority of the free world, America's and Europe.

And this has to be stopped, treatments found, bad guys gone ,people really awake, and getting what this clot shot really does.


Or, don't know....my belief is that they're bringing in extremists to finish the survivors off because China doesn't want to look to its people and then they'll play the hero and round up the extremists and divide their 1.7 billion over the nations.

I hope I'm wrong. Of course. But just in the back of my mind, this is what I think.

2 more days and it will be 7 months since she passed. Its that thing that happens when your precious soul family who don't want to be without ever, go, that river of time keeps flowing and you don't know if you're going to remember the sound of their voice, it just flowing. And I want it stop.

So on the Mike Adams thread he references some videos he has out, that easy to download on how to make tinctures/teas, medicinal with an expresso machine, that is equivalent to tamu flu.

And how to make more tinctures and medicine, with sonic cleaner, have a small one, for lipsomal C. Never thought about doing this. But there is your oil of oregano, thyme, rosemary and lots of other things, tumeric.


But Do Know Some things Alternatives To Take as well as what he suggested, of course after never taking the booster or additional shots if one has done this. Don't know if your have to take this for life, but I would be throwing the kitchen sink and everything you have at this and growing a lot of the herbs you need, wherever possible, like dandelions in pots, organic. Please don't put poison on your weeds. You're going to need them.

These post go into very useful things, there are alternatives to search for that do similar. You always need to try in very small doses and see if you're allergic and what works for you, then increase to safe larger. For example, curcumin/tumeric, a few grams is good, with teaspoon black pepper to increase circulation, or bioperine. Pepper plants are rather attractive plant by the way.

Updates and a letter of liability to give out to local officials, along with everyone, businesses, hospitals.

These letters and the legal action, whether works this time or needs more actions, is needed push back and has been quite successful in school boards, Surrey and Vancouver voting out mandates, BC Ferries and Public air and train and Trudeau being warned this is against our laws.


To the point that without going into details, was just told through a friend and her friend a shop owner, that they have been told unofficially but alerted that any vaxx mandates are illegal as Canadians have freedom to choose medical and vaccinations.
