Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 30189799 Canada 09/04/2021 03:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thanks!! I wanted to encourage everybody, if you’re in a crapy province or state over this stuff, moving is a possibility because I’m doing it. Packing up now and starting work Sept 16. The thought of being locked down all winter was totally depressing, I can’t do that again! Plus there’s jobs!!! I found this one on Indeed, you should see them all on there! At least in Alberta and B.C., I sent resumes out to companies in both those provinces. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 30189799 Canada 09/04/2021 04:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I live in Montana and there is more freedom in the west. Alberta people I know think just like Montana people. We have great disdain for the government generally! Quoting: bigD111 That’s good to know, thanks! Btw the person that interviewed is against the vaxx and not taking it, I was so relieved, we had a good talk about it, and yes, a government rant happened too :) I’m Happy to hear that about Montana, that’s great! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 80828293 Canada 09/04/2021 04:07 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think Alberta will be a good move for you. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80523783 You always struck me as more of a mountain lady anyway. The terrain in and around Edmonton is generally flat to gently rolling, with ravines and deep river valleys, such as the North Saskatchewan River valley.[58] The Canadian Rockies are west of Edmonton and about 220 km (140 mi) to the southwest. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 78698051 Canada 09/04/2021 04:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Because of Ford and his Covid restrictions and passports! Quoting: -Kate- I went hard looking for a job, sent out more then 30 resumes out west and landed a job. Btw, I got 2 other offers for work afterwards, but I’m happy with what I found, so there’s jobs out there you guys! Destination Edmonton is where I’m going, and I fly into a mine up north when I work, I’m doing the same work I did before in Ontario. If your miserable under Ford, I hope this gives you inspiration. Will Alberta go to crap? Maybe, but I asked about the vaxx right away since I’m flying to a mine to work and it’s not required...yet. |

I went to high school in Kalispell, and lived in Marion. Fun Times. (Things were a lot less complicated back then) It Only Hurts If You Care... |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80713689 No working middle class. Its either hipsters or people on some kind of social program. Toronto is exactly like NYC, so is all of Ontario, that was the insane part, felt like living in a prison last winter, all winter! I have no idea what’s left of the middle class businesses, can’t be much with the length of the lockdowns we had, they were for months. Worst part is, is no one cares, this province is full of bleeding heart liberals, I had to get out. |

Grandfather was born there and they have a larger Norwegian population. Last Edited by Sungaze_At_Dawn on 09/04/2021 04:21 PM The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist. Yep, I looked into it all because of my photography hobby, Jasper I’d 3 hours, 45 mins away, AND Edmonton has a pretty big photography club, I’m pretty excited about this stuff. |

Because if you do, wrap it in a bubble greenhouse, and you're be warm and growing good food. And I suggest some ginger, curcumin, black pepper plants and even some a nice cocoa tree. Quoting: Sungaze_At_Dawn Hey Sungaze!!! Got a job, I’m ok now lol. I’m pulling my camper to Saskatoon where my daughter lives and leaving it at her place, she has lots of room because she’s on acreage. Then I’m staying with my cousin who lives in Edmonton till I find a place and I’ll stay at the mine camp while working up north. It all worked out great! My kids are only 5 hours away now :) |
