For each passing week the likelihood for serious adverse effects from the vaccines decreases. One possible adverse effect could be a compromised immune system that becomes less effective in fighting other coronaviruses and the flu. Another adverse effect is ADE. So far, neither seem to be happening. But looking at the situation in Israel it is reasonable clear now that the vaccines are rather ineffective at stopping both transmission and infections. Vaccinated people can still transmit the virus and become infected with symptoms. Some very few also die.

Per the VAERS data, most post-injection deaths occur within the first three days of injection and then a hockey stick spike in the third and fourth weeks when the inflammation caused by the spike proteins finally overload one's immune system.
