Umm it would take just 10 thousand people parking junker cars in the interstate and other major roads. Park on a bridge and walk away 10 cars at a time. Good luck getting tow trucks in others would eventually abandon the cars, he’ll tow truckers will probably join and refuse to drive.

my kids aren't in ccsd but I explained to them that, since we live in vegas, their teachers probably know people who do work for ccsd or used to work for them themselves so I told them to let me know if they have any subs today.

thinking there may be some sympathetic call outs from teachers in clark county but not under ccsd's thumb.
