OK I may have been incorrect about the Velveeta and it may be CheezWiz they use, which is WORSE! I'm a fan of Philly Cheesesteaks but I have never understood why that famous cheesesteak place in Philadelphia -- is Geno's the name? -- serves it with VELVEETA! Yuk! WTH were they thinking? You'd THINK that in a city like Philly with a sizeable Italian-American population they'd use provolone or some other REAL cheese. Or is it Pizza or tacos, or burritos?
