need some evidence that the T. Cruzi was in the vaccine, other than a picture someone took.

And if those are red blood cells, I think the size scale of the parasite is too large. Not sure, but they show another slide with like 200 of them fitting into 1 nucleus. Granted those would be freshly made ones, so maybe they get that large. That article looked like a non-peer reviewed article. Not sure who even authored it. Didn't see any PhD names listed.
