Thanks Beau Voir for all the posts, I saw your earlier threads but I opened this one looking for a broader range confirmation of the phenomena being observed, talked about and speculated about in Spain. The Spaniards are assuming they are measuring ionizing radiation and I am still not sold on that, but certainly some of the commenters in this thread have provided interesting and supportive information to elucidate further.
