This is a very intriguing issue, another video posted last night in the channel of these Spanish guys in the application that can't be named, showed a guy talking about having read 1,2 R/H the previous night, and he next day, 9 R/H and this is shown in the video.

Yet another video showed intense pulses, with a different kind of meter also suited best for X rays and Gamma, during a rain event, that later intensified when hail began to fall. People think its graphene being used to make rain and that its amplifying the five gee radiation upscaling it to ionizing radiation, as Graphene has been studied and mentioned to be capable of doing so at least from microwave to Cherenkov levels.
