Any Lawyers Out There Want To Take This On With Me? I own a small grocery store and I am getting pressure from my local health authority to mask up and tell my customers to do so as well. I am told my customers must wear a mask, though they apparently can have exemption I am not allowed to ask to see it. I CLARIFIED WITH THE HEALTH NAZI THAT I AM NOT EXPECTED TO TURN AWAY BUSINESS OR BE A MASK POLICE. I just received my third warning email, threatening fines. I KNOW THE SCIENCE AND I KNOW THE MASK MANDATE IS BS. I PLAN TO FIGHT IT. I do not need a lawyer yet, but I will. ANYBODY INTERESTED IN TAKING ON THIS CASE? Any Lawyers Out There Want To Take This On With Me? Not picking sides here, but why cant you guys reach a happy medium, like set certain hours for masktards and different hours for no-masktards. Why does it have to be all or nothing?

Quoting: Ozone Baby Since it is becoming increasingly common knowledge that; the vaccinated can spread covid ... so, instead of inspecting for a vaccine passport from people who could be carrying a fever and potentially be a super-spreader coming into the store; wouldn't it be more effective to just take a quick temperature scan of people coming into the store? - and if anyone is running a high fever, simply tell them to go home and isolate for 10 days? ... this way, vaccine passports aren't even needed - if your running a fever, you go home - keep it simple ....

I'd strongly suggest everyone else learn how to work for themselves and/or generate their own income.

Any Lawyers Out There Want To Take This On With Me? Have a look at this lawsuit that was filed in New York state. [link to childrenshealthdefense.org (secure)] It's well written and makes a lot of good points. I found it in a thread here on GLP. If I remember correctly, someone on the thread said this lawsuit already resulted in NY withdrawing mandatory masking in some businesses, but I haven't spent the time verifying this.
