I've really not thought about a fake card, you'll get caught eventually. But even if you find someone to give you a real one and squirt the shot in the trash you'll have to do the same with the second and with all subsequent boosters. Your odds of pulling that off will steadily decrease with each shot.

If u slightly alter the cdc logo on it you'll be fine as no laws are broken. If u use the official cdc logo it becomes illegal.

If you make a fake covid vaccine card, AND it is NOT a copy of a Federal/State/County/City/Parish document AND it does not have a real doctors name, its not a crime. Not all CoVid vaccination record cards are same, you dont have to use one issued by the government. Many doctors offices use their own company forms as record

How is this a federal investigation at all? There is no penalty of perjury on the vaccine cards I've seen. The law/rule/suggestion they are breaking is a state law/rule/suggestion which does not cross state lines or interfere with interstate commerce.
