However, as you have probably noticed there is no raw data. There are only two reasons that it is not provided. 1. It doesn't exist or 2. It won't stand up to peer scrutiny. I don't know what the case is in this scenario, but it won't be taken seriously until it can be verified. Ideally, this could be solved by taking it to court.
