I tested positive via blood test. Here is what I did. Ran my diffuser with thieves oil 24/7 right next to me. Took a z-pack and drank bottles of water with 2 liposomal vitamin c capsules and 2 droppers full of ionic zinc in it (maybe 3 bottles per day). Also took otc cold meds (guaifenesin and nasal spray). Was sick for a week or so, but I've had colds that were worse.
