Trump only shills something if there's a buck in it for him

Now ask yourself....why is that? Trump's prime motivator with everything is money. He doesn't give a fuck about you. There is big money to be made in vaccines, but nothing with Ivermectin. Bill Gates says his most profitable investments are in vaccines ... Trump is going to ride his vaccine gravy train until it literally dies .....
