Most of the folks I've talked to where I work have between a third and a half of their 401(k) in BA stock. If you take someone who's been here and in the 401(k) for twenty years or so, their portfolio would be between $350k and $500k, so $200k of stock isn't all that unusual.

1.2 million subscribers left Sprint/Nextel in 2007.
