I already told my boss back in Mar-April this year. I'm still currently working, but know where to set the bar for myself. Already taken care of, now it is in their hands on when to do it. I told her then it will become mandatory, in which she was surprised. Now this is playing out. They will go after the children this dark winter. Without parental permission in some cases. Be aware.

They say it is almost impossible to teach the kids who want to learn because of the 'no children left behind' shit Bush introduced, add onto that crt crap and it is chaos in the classroom. No such thing as detention, they talk back, cuss at the teachers, huff in the restrooms and other than physically causing great bodily harm to a teacher, they cannot be expelled. The kids know this and 80% of them are like wild animals.
