Don't resign. His "mandate" will never stand up in court (just like his eviction moratorium didn't). Some governors are already telling him they are taking him to court.

He's using OSHA for the vaccine mandate, just like he used the CDC for the eviction moratorium.

It's not legal, and it won't hold up in court. And employers know this. So don't quit.
